On June 17, 2015, Bank of Commerce Holdings issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, payable on July 10, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2015.

Bank of Commerce Holdings Announces Second Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.03 per Share
REDDING, California, June 17, 2015 / Globe Newswire — Randall S. Eslick, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ: BOCH) (the “Company”), a $985 million bank holding company and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce (the “Bank”), today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.03 per share for the second quarter 2015.
The $0.03 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2015, and is payable on July 10, 2015.
