Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Resignation of Lawrence Cummins as CEO. On April 12, 2018, Lawrence Cummins resigned as CEO of Black Cactus Global, Inc. (the “Company”).  Mr. Cummins will remain as a Director of the Company.  He will continue to serve as Chief Development Officer as well.  Mr. Cummins had no disagreements with the Company as to its operations, policies or practices.

 

Appointment of Dr. Ramesh Para as CEO. On April 12, 2018, the Board of Directors appointed Dr. Ramesh Para, a current Board member, to replace Mr. Cummins as CEO of the Company.
