On July 14, 2026, the Company received a section 107(a) order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Stavola Bound Brook Quarry location in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The order stated that, during drilling operations, a section of material fell off the upper face of a highwall below the track drill. This condition required that the track drill be withdrawn from the area to conduct an evaluation of the integrity of the highwall. The order was terminated shortly after inspection and consultation between the third-party driller and blaster, Company personnel, and the MSHA inspector. The track drill was relocated and normal operations were resumed. No one was injured with respect to the incident.
