Allegiant Travel Company (the "Company") reports that on July 31, 2026, the Allegiant pilots, represented by Teamsters Local 2118, have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement.
With the ratification of the agreement, the retention bonus that has been accrued for pilots will become payable to eligible pilots in fourth quarter 2026. The new agreement provides for new pay tables for the Allegiant pilots and enhanced retirement plan contributions and other employee benefits.
The agreement also provides for a quick transition to a commercial preferential bidding system that provides more transparency in schedule construction for Allegiant's pilots, and better supports Allegiant’s unique low frequency, high variability business model.
