Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 18, 2018, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Columbus, Ohio-based card services business, a premier provider of branded private label, co-brand and business credit card programs, has launched a new private label credit card program for Adorama.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Alliance Data's portfolio of brand partners in the online retail space continues to increase with the growth of the segment. According to historical data from the U.S. Department of Labor and internal Alliance Data analyses, the e-commerce category is expected to grow by approximately 15 percent over the next five years.
