Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 11, 2026, Adamas Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.

A copy of the Press Release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 11, 2026, the Company announced that the Board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share (the “Dividend”) on shares of the Company’s common stock for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The Dividend will be payable on October 28, 2026 to the Company’s common stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 22, 2026.
