On February 25, 2016 our Board of Directors, following the recommendation of the Compensation Committee, increased the annual target bonus for Al Brzeczko, Vice President, Technical Affairs of Acura Pharmaceutical Technologies, Inc. from 35% to 50% of base salary, with a possible additional 15% bonus of base salary (for a total possible bonus of 65% of base salary) for 2016.
