A description of the securities of Touchstone International Equity ETF, Touchstone Sands Capital Emerging Markets ex-China Growth ETF, and Touchstone Sands Capital US Select Growth ETF, each a series of Touchstone ETF Trust (the “Trust”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in the Post-Effective Amendment No. 10 to the Trust’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-264194 and 811-23789), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 27, 2024 via SEC Accession No. 0001193125-24-285811, which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
