A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of Thrivent Mid Cap Value ETF and Thrivent Small Cap Value ETF (the “Shares”) is set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 6 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (“Registration Statement”) (Commission File Nos. 333-261454; 811-23759), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on June 23, 2025, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
