The description of the common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), of Stewards, Inc. (the “Company”), to be registered hereunder is contained in the section entitled “Description of Capital Stock” in the prospectus forming a part of the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-291586), initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on November 17, 2025, as subsequently amended from time to time (the “Registration Statement”), and is incorporated herein by reference. Any form of prospectus that constitutes part of the Registration Statement and is subsequently filed by the Company pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein.
