Item 1.  Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of Parnassus Core Select ETF, a series of Parnassus Income Funds (the “Company”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in the Post-Effective Amendment No. 52 to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 033-36065; 811-06673; referred to herein as the “Registration Statement”) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 27, 2024, which description is incorporated herein by reference.  The I.R.S. Employer Identification Number of the Parnassus Core Select ETF is 33-1526537.
