A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of KraneShares Dragon Capital Vietnam Growth Index ETF, a series of KraneShares Trust (the “Trust”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 466 to the Trust’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-180870; 811-22698) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 20, 2025, which description is incorporated herein by reference. Any form of supplement to the Registration Statement which was subsequently filed after October 20, 2025, is hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
