A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of KraneShares 2x Long PDD Daily ETF, a series of KraneShares Trust (the “Trust”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 421 to the Trust’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-180870; 811-22698) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2025, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
