Item 1. Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

 

The securities to be registered hereunder are common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share, of the Tradr 1X Short Innovation 100 Monthly ETF (the “Fund”), a series of the Investment Managers Series Trust II (the “Registrant”). An application for listing of the shares of the Fund has been filed with and approved by the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. A description of the shares of the Fund is incorporated herein by reference to Post-Effective Amendment No. 410 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 16, 2024 (Accession No. 0001213900-24-044326).

 

The name of the Fund was initially Tradr 2X Short QQQ Weekly ETF, and it was subsequently changed to Tradr 2X Short Triple Q Weekly ETF on August 14, 2024 (Post-Effective Amendment No. 420 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 14, 2024 (Accession No. 0001213900-24-069016)), and to Tradr 1X Short Innovation 100 Monthly ETF on July 29, 2025 (Post-Effective Amendment No. 461 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 2025 (Accession No. 0001213900-25-068812)). Any form of supplement to the Registration Statement that is subsequently filed is hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
