A description of the securities of Gabelli Opportunities in Live and Sports ETF, a series of Gabelli ETFs Trust (the “Trust”) to be registered hereunder is set forth in the Post-Effective Amendment No. 32 to the Trust’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-238109 and 811-23568), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 23, 2025, pursuant to Rule 485(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
