The Registrant will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 25, 2026 at 3 p.m. (Israel time) at the Registrant’s offices in Migdal Haemek, Israel. In connection with the meeting, the Registrant will mail to holders of record of the Registrant’s ordinary shares, as of the close of business on October 19, 2026 (i) a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting and Proxy Statement and (ii) a Proxy Card.
