INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

 

On May 1, 2026, Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited (the “Company”) entered into an Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Mr. Bin Fu, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to serve in such position for one-year term, effective on May 1, 2026. Under the terms of the Agreement, Mr. Fu will receive an annual salary of $1, and will be eligible for an annual cash bonus in the Board’s sole discretion.
