On February 7, 2026, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Dawei Chen, resigning from the position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective on February 14, 2026. Mr. Chen’s resignation is because of personal reasons.
