Annual General Meeting Results

 

At the annual general meeting held on October 26, 2026, Patria Investments Limited (the “Company”) shareholders passed resolutions approving the financial statements and the auditor’s report for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, and the appointment of Alfonso Duval, Ana Russo and Andre Sales as directors, as set out in its Notice of Annual General Meeting dated October 5, 2026.
