Press Release

 

NBG and Finansbank have jointly taken the decision not to proceed with the offering of Finansbank shares on the Borsa Istanbul on the current timetable. We will continue to monitor equity capital market conditions closely with a view to potentially relaunch the transaction in H1 2015.
