On September 2, 2026, Luda Technology Group Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which are filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, and incorporated herein by reference, announcing that its subsidiary has entered into a one-year sales contract with Beijing Dasan Supply Chain Management Company, Limited for the supply of rebar, wire rod and steel pipe fittings. The sales contract holds a contract ceiling value of approximately USD17.8 million.
