On September 15, 2026, the unsolicited, non-binding acquisition proposal submitted by M.N. Business Strategy Ltd. to the Board of Directors of InMode Ltd. (the "Company") on June 17, 2026, as previously disclosed, expired in accordance with its terms. The Company has not entered into any agreement with M.N. Business Strategy Ltd. with respect to the proposal or any other transaction.
