Buenos Aires, October 16, 2026 – IRSA Inversiones y
Representaciones S.A. (NYSE: IRS; ByMA: IRSA), informs
that on October 15, 2026, it repurchased Series XXV Notes, issued
on June 8, 2026, for an aggregate principal amount of USD 9
million. The repurchased Notes will be held in
treasury.
The
repurchased Notes represent 18.0% of the total outstanding
principal amount of the Series.
The
repurchase was carried out at a price equivalent to 100.68% of the
principal amount.
