Supplementary Introductory Document

 

As previously disclosed, in relation to the proposed secondary listing by way of introduction of the ordinary shares of HomesToLife Ltd (the “Company”) on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”), the Company issued an introductory document on October 23, 2026 (the “Introductory Document”). On October 28, 2026, the Company issued a supplementary introductory document (“Supplementary Introductory Document”) to supplement the Introductory Document with certain appendices. The Supplementary Introductory Document should be read together with, and construed in conjunction with, the Introductory Document as one document.
