ChowChow Cloud International Holdings Limited (NYSE American: CHOW) (the “Company”) today announced that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders on September 14, 2026 (the “2026 EGM”).

 

The 2026 EGM will be held on September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., local time at 8/F, Kwok Kee Group Centre, 107 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The matters to be voted on at the 2026 EGM are described in the notice and proxy statement furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 26, 2026. Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 27, 2026 (the “Record Date”) will be eligible to vote at this meeting.
