Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (“2025 Form 20-F”).
The 2025 Form 20-F, which includes the Company’s complete audited financial statements, is available on the SEC’s website (www.sec.gov) and on the Company’s Investor Relations website (https://ri.sabesp.com.br).
The Company undertakes to provide all holders of its securities upon request and free of charge with a hard copy of its complete audited financial statements. Such copies will be provided upon request within a reasonable period of time following the request to [email protected].
