NOTICE ON RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS

 

São Paulo, September 12, 2025 - Braskem S.A. (“Braskem”), in compliance with article 33, XXXII of CVM Resolution 80/2022, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general of the following transaction between related parties:

 

Parties	Braskem and Refinaria de Petróleo Riograndense S.A. (“RPR”).
Relationship with the issuer	RPR is a company whose control is shared between Braskem, Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras and Ultrapar Participações S.A.
Purpose	Braskem carries out spot-based sales of gasoline A to RPR, according to RPR's demand and Braskem's availability, which reached R$116.96 million on 09/03/2025.
Key Terms and Conditions	Referring to the sale by Braskem of gasoline A to RPR, carried out in spot mode, according to demand from RPR and the availability of the product by Braskem. The price of the operations is negotiated based on the price reference for gasoline A in the Brazilian market.
Transaction date	09/03/2025
Possible participation of the counterparty, its partners, or managers in the issuer's decision-making process or negotiation of the transaction as representatives of the issue	There was no participation by the counterparty, the counterparty's partners or the counterparty's administrators in Braskem's decision-making process or in the negotiation of the aforementioned contracts.
Detailed justification of the reasons why the issuer's management considers that the transaction has complied with commutative conditions or provides for an appropriate reverse payment	The price is based on the reference price of gasoline A in the Brazilian market, ensuring that the operation is commutative for both parties.
