Mexico City, October 1, 2026. AMÉRICA MÓVIL, S.A.B. DE C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX] announces that today one of its subsidiaries in Brazil closed the acquisition of 72.83% of Desktop, S.A.’s capital stock.
