MCX Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 (the “2Q 2022 Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period because the Company’s third party bookkeeping firm engaged to help prepare the Company’s financial statements for the Company’s 2Q 2022 Form 10-Q, experienced unexpected delays in the preparation of the Company’s financial statements as at, and for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022. The Company expects to file the 2Q 2022 Form 10-Q within the 15-day extension period (the “Extension Period”) afforded by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Part IV, Item (3)
Based on information that is currently available, the Company’s net loss increased to $107,593 for the three months ended June 30, 2022, from a net loss of $41,927 for the three months ended June 30, 2021, mostly as a result of an increase in net operating loss from continuing operations of $113,884 in the second quarter of 2022 compared to the same quarter of 2021 of $42,393, which is primarily the result of a decrease in revenue. Additionally, based on information that is currently available, the Company’s net loss increased to $311,717 for the six months ended June 30, 2022, from a net loss of $109,320 for the six months ended June 30, 2021. The increase in net loss in the first half of 2022 compared to same period of 2021 was primarily a result of a decrease in revenue generated in 2022 and additional travel expenses, partially offset by less expense from salaries and wages, and fewer contract services being provided in the first half of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021.
