On May 29, 2026, KKR Enhanced US Direct Lending Fund-L Inc. (the "Company") declared a dividend of $9.96 per share on the Company’s common shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”), which will be paid on or about June 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 29, 2026.
