Item 7.01						Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 14, 2022, Insulet Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a voluntary Medical Device Correction notice for its Omnipod® 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System due to an issue with the Omnipod 5 Controller charging port and cable.

This voluntary Medical Device Correction notice does not impact the Omnipod 5 Pod, the Omnipod® DASH Insulin Management System, the Omnipod® Insulin Management System, or compatible Android smartphone devices that have the Omnipod 5 App installed.

A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
