Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 7, 2023, Enveric Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s research involving the synthesis of small molecule derivatives of psychoactive compounds has been featured in two poster presentations at the Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (CSC 2023) being held in Vancouver June 4-8, 2023. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
