EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

This Form 8-A/A is being filed to correct the name of the exchange on which Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Registrant”), units, Class A ordinary shares and share rights are registered from “The Nasdaq Global Market” to “The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC.”
