A description of the securities of Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited, a Cayman Islands company limited by shares (the “Registrant”), to be registered hereunder is set forth under the heading “Description of Share Capital and Memorandum and Articles of Association” in the prospectus constituting a part of the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (File No. 333-282720), originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on October 18, 2024, as amended from time to time, which description is incorporated herein by reference. The description of such securities included in any form of prospectus subsequently filed by the Registrant with the Commission pursuant to Section 424(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, shall also be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference.
