A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of KraneShares Global Humanoid and Embodied Intelligence Index ETF, a series of KraneShares Trust (the “Trust”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 384 to the Trust’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-180870; 811-22698) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 2024, which description is incorporated herein by reference. Any form of supplement to the Registration Statement which was subsequently filed after July 29, 2024, is hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
