A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of KraneShares 2x Long PDD Daily ETF, a series of KraneShares Trust (the “Trust”), to be registered hereunder is set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 421 to the Trust’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (File Nos. 333-180870; 811-22698) as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2025, which description is incorporated herein by reference. Any form of supplement to the Registration Statement which was subsequently filed after February 28, 2025, is hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
