A description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value per share, of the RJ ClariVest Capital Appreciation ETF (the “Fund” ), a series of Carillon Series Trust (the “Trust”), registered hereunder, is as set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 132 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (the “Registration Statement”) (File Nos. 033-57986; 811-07470), as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on July 30, 2026 (Accession No. 0000898432-26-000567), which description is incorporated herein by reference.
