Descriptions of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of BondBloxx IR+M Tax-Aware ETF for Massachusetts Residents and BondBloxx IR+M Tax-Aware Intermediate Duration ETF (collectively, the “Shares”) are set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 59 and Post-Effective Amendment No. 60, respectively, to the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A (“Registration Statement”) (Commission File Nos. 333-258986; 811-23731), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on February 28, 2025 and March 5, 2025, respectively, which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
