Mexico City, Mexico, June 21, 2021— Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., (“OMA” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), as a follow-up to the press releases dated June 7, 11, and 16, 2021, informs that it has filed today the second amendment to Schedule 14D-9 (the “Second Amendment”), with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
