CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES
COLLECTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Netanya, Israel – April 20, 2021 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that following its previous report on Form 6-K, dated March 17, 2021, under chapter A section 14.6, regarding negotiations on a new collective employment agreement, the Company announces that it and its subsidiary Dynamica Communications Chain Stores Ltd. have entered into a collective employment agreement with the Company's employees' representatives and the Histadrut, an Israeli labor union, for a term of three years (2021-2023). The agreement includes policy and employment terms similar to those practiced with certain modifications, including a 3% average salary increase in 2022 and 2023 to entitled employees and mechanisms to allow the Company to improve its service level and operational excellence, among others, by constant improvement to our employees' quality and quantity. Employees' participation in our gains – 12.5% over an annual operational net profit of NIS 400 million, divided quarterly, remains unchanged.
