EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

This Post-Effective Amendment No. 88 to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A for WisdomTree Digital Trust (the “Trust”) is being filed pursuant to paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of Rule 485 under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “1933 Act”). The sole purpose of this filing is to delay the effectiveness of the Trust’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 83 (the “Amendment”) to its Registration Statement (filed on August 1, 2025) until November 14, 2025. Parts A, B and C of the Amendment are incorporated by reference herein.
