This Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) for the sole purpose of designating October 30, 2026 as the new effective date of Post-Effective Amendment No. 37 to the Registration Statement filed on July 28, 2026 for the Brandywine Large Cap ETF, Brandywine Large Cap Growth ETF, Brandywine Large Cap Value ETF, Brandywine Small Cap ETF, Brandywine Small Cap Growth ETF, Brandywine Small Cap Value ETF, Brandywine International ETF, Brandywine Core Bond ETF, and Brandywine Diversified Income ETF. Post-Effective Amendment No. 37 was most recently delayed until October 23, 2026 by Post-Effective Amendment No. 39.

 

This Post-Effective Amendment incorporates by reference the information contained in Parts A, B, and C of Post-Effective Amendment No. 37 to the Registration Statement.
