Explanatory Note: The sole purpose of this filing is to delay, until September 22, 2026, the effectiveness of the Post-Effective Amendment No. 66 to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A of FMI Funds, Inc. (the “Registrant”). The Registrant’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 66 to its Registration Statement on Form N-1A relates solely to an amendment to add a new series of the Registrant, the FMI Global Equity ETF. Parts A, B and C of the Registrant’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 66, filed on June 16, 2026, are incorporated herein by reference. This Amendment, Post-Effective Amendment No. 67, and Post-Effective Amendment No. 66 were not filed to update or amend the prospectus or statement of additional information for any other series or class of the Registrant.
