The sole purpose of this filing is to delay the effectiveness of the Trust’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 34 to its Registration Statement until June 11, 2025. Post-Effective Amendment No. 34 to the Trust’s Registration Statement relates to the TrueShares Technology, AI & Deep Learning ETF, The Opal Dividend ETF, TrueShares Eagle Global Renewable Energy Income ETF, TrueShares Active Yield ETF, RiverNorth Patriot ETF and RiverNorth Enhanced Pre-Merger SPAC ETF. Parts A, B and C of Registrant’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 34 under the Securities Act of 1933 and Amendment No. 35 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, filed on February 18, 2025, are incorporated by reference herein.
