Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on May 29, 2026 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-26-010496) (the “Original 10-D”).  The Original 10-D relates to another transaction and was incorrectly filed under the Central Index Key (CIK) number and Commission File Number for the Benchmark 2021-B26 Mortgage Trust issuing entity (the “Issuing Entity”).  The Original 10-D should be disregarded in its entirety and should not be considered part of the filings with respect to the Issuing Entity.
