BofA (BAC) Calls JPMorgan (JPM) Merger Rumor 'Baseless'

Bloomberg reporting: BofA (NYSE: BAC) has said in an internal memo yesterday's rumor of a JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM) merger are "baseless." The bank has said it has "many levers" to pull without diluting its shareholder base.
