WASHINGTON, Dec 18 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff will meet Friday with Qatari, Egyptian and Turkish officials in Miami, Florida, to discuss the Gaza deal, a White House official said on Thursday.
