Wall St opens higher after Micron revives AI optimism, upbeat economic data

June ‌25 (Reuters) - Wall ​Street's ​main indexes ‌advanced on Thursday as ⁠strong forecasts ‌from Micron and ‌Qualcomm renewed AI optimism, while ​upbeat economic data ⁠aided sentiment.

The Dow Jones ​Industrial Average rose 160.1 points, or ​0.31%, to ‌52009.02. The S&P 500 ⁠rose 46.7 points, or ⁠0.63%, to 7404.91, ​while the Nasdaq Composite rose 248.1 points, ‌or 0.97%, to 25724.779.
