Wall St gains at open as AI optimism overshadows Middle East risks

May ‌26 (Reuters) - Wall ​Street's ​main indexes opened ‌higher on Tuesday, with ⁠AI-fueled optimism overshadowing ‌concerns over Middle ‌East peace talks after recent ​U.S. strikes on Iran.

The Dow ⁠Jones Industrial Average rose ​106.5 points, or 0.21%, at the ​open to ‌50,686.15. The S&P 500 rose ⁠38.3 points, or 0.51%, at ⁠the open to 7,511.79, ​while the Nasdaq Composite rose 246.5 points, ‌or 0.94%, to 26,590.504 at ‌the ⁠opening bell.
