Wall St gains at open as AI optimism overshadows Middle East risks

May 26 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes opened higher on Tuesday, with AI-fueled optimism overshadowing concerns over Middle East peace talks after recent U.S. strikes on Iran.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 106.5 points, or 0.21%, at the open to 50,686.15. The S&P 500 rose 38.3 points, or 0.51%, at the open to 7,511.79, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 246.5 points, or 0.94%, to 26,590.504 at the opening bell.
