Virginia voters approve new Democratic-backed congressional map, NBC News projects

April 21 (Reuters) - Virginia voters on Tuesday approved a new congressional map drawn by Democrats who hope to flip as many as four Republican seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, NBC News projected, further dimming the chances that President Donald Trump's party will retain their narrow majority in November's midterm elections.
